This is what the husband told her wife about his feeling when he found that she is not anymore at his side every time he wakes up in the morning since last year.
2. Next time, the husband sighed.."I don't wanna go to any invitations without you."
The wife replied..."Me too! I did the same thing last year when you were away for few months."
3. Sometimes, via YM, he said..."I am not satisfied with all the stuff that I do since you're
gone."
The wife smiled and said..."Share with me...anytime you want. I'll listen to you carefully"
4. Another time, he told his wife ..."I hate coming home if Rio prefers to sleep in his grandma's
house. Suddenly, I can't help longing for your laugh and your hands which always give me a
cup of tea in the afternoon."
And the wife...? She said nothing but wiping her tears. She just held her breath so her only
man would not hear her crying. Yet, deep in her heart...she whispered "If only you know that
I am like a bird with a single wing now. I have been incomplete since the first time I left you
behind."
*(Nijmegen, when the wife staring at the black and white photos sticked on the wall in front of her, accompanied by books, papers, and the dutch partying at the third floor.)
1. Sometimes the husband asked himself.."Why did I do this? Why did I force myself to let you
go?"
And what did the wife say? "Make me strong. It's only for a year."go?"
