Child Labour has become an important issue nowadays. Many developing countries still use child labour in sweatshops; for instance Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Although several deloped countries have issued the ban for child labour, it seems that the child labour itself gives not only disadvantages but also advantages for their society and their country.
Child labour has several advantages. Firstly, it can improve the quality of children's life generally which means they can earn money to buy food for themselves. Secondly, children who work to earn money can support their family's life automatically. They help their parents to fulfill their basic needs, such as food, house, and basec education. Thirdly, child labour also increases the economic growth of their country because they work at sweatshops which generally produce certain products in a big number to export to other countries.
In contrary, disadvantages are also caused by child labour. Firstly, children who work in sweatshops will not have time to enjoy their childhood; consequently it will give a bad impact psycologically to themselves. Secondly, parents of those children are not challenged to work harder because their children know how to make money for themselves.
In conclusion, children need more attention from people who live around them. Child labour not only can be helpful for some of them but also can be harmful to theirlife. Furthermore, goverments, and society must be concerned to solve this problem because the future of the world is in those children's hands.
